One source of truth for commercial work.
I consolidated fragmented product, partner, and commercial information into a maintained system the team can search, update, and use for reporting.

Bring important information together, keep it current, and make it useful to the people doing the work.
This was more than moving notes into one place. I designed the information model, relationships, update workflows, ownership, views, and reporting layer so the system could stay useful as the business changed.
Important commercial context was distributed across inboxes, files, individual memory, and separate tools. Finding a reliable answer took too much time, and the same information was often recreated for different requests.
I created a structured source of truth with connected records, normalized fields, purpose-built views, update routines, and reusable reporting. The model was designed around the questions the team actually needed to answer.
I continue to maintain data quality, add new fields and views, resolve edge cases, document the system, and adapt it as commercial needs change. Shipping the first version was only the beginning.
Colleagues can find current context faster, work more effectively across time zones, onboard with shared information, and produce recurring reports without rebuilding the underlying research each time.
This summary describes the system and my contribution without exposing employer names, internal records, screenshots, counts, or proprietary implementation details.
